

The Bearcat weight room has over 3,000 square feet of space available and the 4,000 square foot multi-purpose area adjacent to the weight room is used by all teams for warm up and various exercises. Thanks to the Bearcat Booster Club, the weight room sports 10 Power Lift Collegiate Half Racks, 5 brand new Power Lift glute-ham machines, Iron Grip dumbbells that range from 5 lbs - 150 lbs, and an array of plate loaded machines making the weight room one of the best in Division II.
The Bearcat strength training facility is designed to provide our athletes with the most comprehensive strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs available under the direction of Joe Quinlin and his staff. The Bearcat Strength and Conditioning program is dedicated to developing our athletes both physically and mentally on and off the field.
